Return Eligibility

  • Return requests must be made within 5 business days of receiving your order.
  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and tags.
  • Items that have been worn, damaged, altered, or are missing original packaging may not qualify for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Products marked as non-returnable

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take several business days to appear.
